Customer Service Specialist

Top candidates for our Customer Service Specialist will demonstrate a strong drive and natural energy to provide the very best customer experience, possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, enjoy being part of a team, and be eager and open to continuous  learning. 

Salary: $19.00 Hourly 

Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

*you may be asked to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in an emergency

Essential Duties:

  • Respond to various inquiries from customers, the general public, and other staff and departments, providing information and assistance by phone, in-person, or email.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide account and billing assistance.

  • Process and reconcile daily credit card and cash payments.

  • Perform various billing activities to ensure customer bills are sent accurately and on time.

  • Maintain customer database to ensure account and billing information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts to collect outstanding balances.

  • Accounts receivables.

  • Perform a variety of general administrative functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma, GED, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position. Additionally, you are a good listener and communicator. Providing customers with answers to their questions in a way that they understand. One year of experience working with customers in a service-type environment.
